Noel Lodge Day Time Shelter
New Beginnings Inc's Noel Lodge Day Time Shelter serves individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability. This safe, welcoming daytime space provides essential resources—nutritious meals, showers, laundry, and access to phones and computers—giving guests the tools they need to maintain dignity, stay connected, and work toward stability. Compassionate case management and personalized support connect guests to healthcare, mental health services, employment programs, and housing resources, helping them take meaningful steps toward long-term success.

This critical lifeline not only protects guests from harsh weather but also gives them the foundation they need to begin rebuilding their lives. Guests have access to meals, hygiene facilities, and compassionate support from dedicated staff and volunteers. Through personalized case management, they are connected to healthcare, housing resources, and employment assistance, addressing immediate needs while guiding them toward long-term stability and independence.

Emergency Assistance
The Salvation Army of Hutchinson provides Emergency Assistance to residents facing unexpected crises. This program ensures families and individuals can keep a roof over their heads, maintain utilities, and access essential needs like food, clothing, and hygiene supplies. Caseworkers provide guidance and support to address immediate challenges while helping residents navigate barriers such as budgeting difficulties, health crises, or unemployment. Specialized services also support veterans and unhoused community members with blankets, hygiene kits, and clothing vouchers.

RSVP / Volunteer Action Corps
The Volunteer Center’s RSVP and Volunteer Action Corps programs connect individuals and groups with meaningful volunteer opportunities. RSVP engages volunteers 55 and older, while VAC enrolls younger volunteers and community groups. Both provide training and support to ensure volunteers feel prepared and valued. Volunteers assist organizations like the Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, and VITA, helping deliver essential services and support to local families and seniors.

BrightHouse offers personalized advocacy and support tailored to each survivor's unique story and needs, covering every stage from crisis intervention to long-term healing. Their 24-hour crisis hotline and text line ensure help is always available. Advocates respond around the clock, providing immediate assistance and connecting survivors to safe shelter and essential resources such as food, clothing, housing, medical care, and legal support.
